Professional Biographical Information:
Mark is admitted to practice law in all Courts in the State of California and in the U.S. District Court. He attended the University of San Francisco and Santa Clara University School of Law.
Areas of Practice:
Mark’s practice emphasizes the areas of estate, gift and family and business succession planning, business law, including entity formation and operations, mergers and acquisitions, real estate rights and transactions, winery and vineyard law, probate and trust administration.
Community Service:
Mark was voted Healdsburg Business Person of the Year and received the Sonoma County Spirit award for his community service contributions. He served as chairman of Economic Development for Healdsburg Area Chamber of Commerce. He is a past president and director of Healdsburg Area Chamber of Commerce, a past president and director of Healdsburg Rotary, and he has served as director of Healdsburg General Hospital, president and director of Healdsburg Public Improvement Corporation, director and member of probate committee of Sonoma County Bar Association, president and director of Saint John’s School Board of Directors, director of Healdsburg Museum Endowment Committee, officer and director of Housing for Healdsburg corporation (affordable housing), director of Development Committee for Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, officer and director of My Body is Healthy, Inc. (elementary school health education program), president and director of the Santa Rosa Country Club, and currently serves as Trustee of Healdsburg Cultural Trust.
Mark has also performed volunteer work for numerous charities, including Northern Sonoma Health Care Foundation, Community Foundation Sonoma County, Healdsburg Jazz Festival, Plaza Art Center, Healdsburg Performing Arts Theater, Inc., Russian River Chamber Music Society, Community Child Care Council of Sonoma County, Healdsburg Little League, Healdsburg Boys and Girls Club, Healdsburg Animal Shelter, Healdsburg Ballet, Ursuline and Cardinal Newman High Schools.
