Professional Biographical Information:
Dan grew up in San Francisco, California, moved to Healdsburg in 1996, and is proud to be raising his family in Sonoma County. He is admitted to practice law in all Courts in the State of California and in the U.S. District Court. He attended the University of California, Santa Cruz (Adlai E. Stevenson College) and the University of San Francisco School of Law. He is fluent in Italian.
Areas of Practice:
Dan’s practice emphasizes the areas of business law, including entity formation and operations, trademarks, real estate rights and transactions, winery and vineyard law, litigation, personal injury, family law, estate planning, probate and trust administration. Dan is also an experienced mediator who enjoys finding creative solutions to complex problems.
Community Service:
Dan is a past president and current director of Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce, a past president and director of Healdsburg Kiwanis, current member of the Healdsburg Recovery Task Force, and has served as director of the Healdsburg Museum and Historical Society, director of the Healdsburg Area Fund of the Sonoma County Community Foundation, president and director of Saint John’s School Dad’s Club, director of the Healdsburg Performing Arts Theater, Inc., Advisory Board Member of the Salvation Army, and an Airport Commissioner for the City of Healdsburg.
Dan has also performed volunteer work for numerous charities, including: the Healdsburg Performing Arts Theater, Inc., the Healdsburg Chorus, H-Town Youth Theatre, St. John’s Catholic School, and the Healdsburg Kiwanis Memorial Scholarship Fund.
